Position Overview
Lincoln Repair is expanding into Aberdeen, SD with a new location and is seeking a skilled Mechanic / Service Technician to join the team. This role focuses on completing quality repairs, keeping a steady workflow, and working collaboratively in a modern, organized shop environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on a variety of vehicles

  • Perform routine maintenance and more complex service work

  • Operate diagnostic tools and shop software to ensure accurate, efficient repairs

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

  • Collaborate with team members to keep workflow consistent

Work Environment

  • Newly built shop with updated tools and equipment

  • Mix of domestic, import, and light-duty fleet vehicles

  • Digital workflow supported by shop systems such as Tekmetric, ALLDATA, and Identifix

  • Steady volume of work to keep technicians productive

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday (no weekends)

  • Typical compensation: $70,000–$100,000+ annually depending on experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable using shop software and digital tools, or willing to learn

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
